Our powerful alliance of influential employers, leading schools, and motivated women has never been more important. Allow us to be of service to you. Forté has been connecting top talent across schools and industries, as well as delivering virtual career programs for over 15 years. We are here to help you connect with one another as you navigate the new normal — from companies thinking about how to engage new talent to schools recreating an on-campus culture online.
Forté will host a live webinar series in which experts share best practices for moving forward, making connections, and advancing your goals during this challenging time.
We’ll send programming details, including registration links, to your inbox weekly. Keep scrolling for more information on what we’ll cover in week one and two.
WEEK 1: April 13th – 17th
Internships are your company’s opportunity to showcase corporate culture while simultaneously investing in the training of future talent. So how do you deliver on those goals in an all-virtual or hybrid model? Is it possible?
Forté will gather b-school faculty who will review with you decision tree predictive modeling for the delivery of summer internship experiences. Don’t we wish it were that easy? There are no models. But pulling from the collective wisdom of the Forté community we can share creative solutions to this problem. More and more companies are considering online internships. We’ll use this time to explore how you can create an experience that can engage and educate just as you would in person. Hear from Forté companies on how they’re handling their internship programs during this “new normal.”
