Women Lead Webinar Series

Exclusively for Premium Access Pass members

We are not one-dimensional people. We all have varying identities that make us unique. Understanding how these identities intersect is an essential part of building and maintaining a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Join Forté for a webinar that explores the vital role intersectionality plays in an organization’s progress. In this session, inclusive leadership trainer Julie Kratz and financial coach Ericka Young will share ways to recognize intersectional identities and create an equitable workplace where intersectionality is never a barrier to success.

You will learn:

  • What intersectionality is and why it is so important
  • How microaggressions affect women of color in the workplace — and what allies can do to help
  • How to better understand the experiences of people with intersectional identities

The webinar is presented by:
