Moderator: Ana Duarte McCarthy, Director, Corporate Partners, Forté

Ana Duarte-McCarthy has more than 30 years of experience as a subject expert and thought leader, dedicated to fostering equality, respect and ensuring individuals can achieve their full potential. Most recently, Ana was managing director and chief diversity officer, Citi, from 2002 through 2016, and led the development and integration of Citi’s global workforce diversity strategy for hiring and developing diverse talent, fostering an inclusive work environment and ensuring management accountability. During her tenure as managing director and chief diversity officer at Citi, Ana established a framework of policy and practices that advanced the organization’s recognition as a top company for diversity and inclusion. Ana joined Citi in 1995 and held previous roles within global diversity.

Raisha Lavigne, Director of Operations, Davita

Raisha Lavigne is currently the Director of Operations for DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care (ICK) programs in New Jersey and Connecticut. She joined DaVita full-time in 2012 after working as a Redwoods Summer Associate in Denver and earning her MBA from the Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, where she was a Forté Fellow. Her previous roles at DaVita have included serving as a Redwoods Resident and a Director on the IT Business Relationship Management team focused on IT strategy.

Roxanne Warner, Head of Investor Relations, Whirlpool

Roxanne Warner is the Head of Investor Relations at Whirlpool Corporation, where she drives the strategic management of long-term partnerships with shareholders, prospective investors, and sell-side analysts. In 2017, she led Whirlpool’s US Sales finance organization and has held previous finance leadership positions across Corporate Strategy, Supply Chain, Category Marketing, and Brand Marketing during her 12 year career. Roxanne earned her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

London Worrell, Enterprise Digital Skills Project Manager and Finance D&I, Chevron

London Worrell is currently a Digital Skills Project Manager within Chevron’s Digital Organizational Capability program, where she implements the strategy for upskilling Chevron’s workforce. London works closely with functional leaders to identify required digital competencies and creates comprehensive learning experiences that maximize employee digital fluency and business value. She is also the Diversity & Inclusion Advisor for Global Finance. London joined Chevron in 2002 via the Finance Development Program and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and leadership across multiple Finance business segments. She earned her MBA from Florida A&M University.
