Dr. Gorman has been recognized locally and nationally with numerous awards, including a Top 25 Women in Healthcare nod from Modern Healthcare and an Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women selection (one of 10 women nationwide). Dr. Gorman received her MBA from Washington University’s Olin School of Business and her MD from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.

Joyce Trimuel, MBA, Founder and CEO, Trimuel Enterprises, LLC | Executive Consultant, The Kaleidoscope Group

Joyce is a servant leader, career strategist, compelling speaker, and experienced executive who has worked with hundreds of high achieving professionals and organizations. Today, she is Founder and CEO of Trimuel Enterprises, LLC, a business-consulting firm that specializes in developing strategies to help women and diverse talent advance in their careers. As an Executive Consultant for The Kaleidoscope Group, she also works with organizations and their leaders to expand their cultural competencies to lead talent more inclusively. With more than 20 years of corporate experience, Joyce has a proven track record of success in business development, talent management, marketing, operations, and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Ratna Craig, Principal Consultant, Slalom Consulting

Ratna has been a Principal Consultant at Slalom Consulting in St. Louis since 2016, and for two decades prior to that held a variety of consulting roles at Accenture, including time serving as the Finance & Accounting Capability Lead for North America, SaaS Offering Lead for Core Financials Applications, Project Manager, Application Outsourcing Lead, Manager, and Consultant. She earned her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School.
