In this experience, you will gain access to leaders and talent from across our six major career pathways (Data and Analytics, Finance and Accounting, Financial Advice, Investment Management, Technology, and Business Leadership). You will also have the opportunity to expand your network with leaders and emerging talent in the industry, experience Vanguard’s unique culture, and interview for a position in the 2024 College to Corporate Summer internship.

What it takes:

• This event is open to undergraduate students who are in their 2ndyear (graduating in 2025) and currently enrolled at a four-year accredited institution.
• All majors are considered.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, ability to collaborate, learning agility, and intellectual curiosity are preferred.
• 3.0 GPA is preferred but not required.
