In Communication Strategies: Developing Leadership Presence, you will practice developing and delivering well-crafted, concise messages with clearly defined intents that support your personal brand. Three videotaped sessions provide an opportunity for you to identify key strengths in your communication style, as well as opportunities for improvement. You will also receive individualized feedback from faculty and peers and learn how to use this feedback to augment your existing skills. You will leave empowered to enhance your leadership presence, build trust with key constituents and create more memorable and effective communications.
Skills assessment: Assess communication preferences and review personal delivery techniques for strengths and listener perception of authenticity
Coaching and actionable feedback: Integrate feedback from faculty members and peers during videotaped sessions into a personal plan for enhancing your presence as a leader
Key strategies: Develop communication strategies, storyboards and presentation outlines that support a defined audience experience
