Have you been focused on the needs of others more than yourself recently? In order to be an effective leader, self-care should remain paramount, but it can be difficult to focus on yourself when there’s so much going on around you. Join us on January 7th and 8th for Liberty Mutual’s 2021 MBA Women’s Leadership Invitational and take some time to invest in yourself because ultimately you must take care of yourself first before you can take care of and lead others.

This Invitational is a two, half-day virtual externship experience (~4 hours each day), designed to provide 1st year MBA women the tools to be effective leaders while still prioritizing self-care.

Programming will be centered around tactical self-care advice and creating a new nationwide MBA women network to empower you and “refill your cup” so that you become the leader you were meant to be.

Additionally, participants will have access to Liberty leaders and recruitment professionals and have the opportunity to explore MBA summer internship opportunities at Liberty Mutual.
