L.E.K. Consulting invites students to join the L.E.K Vets with Impact information webinar. There will be a short presentation that will enable you to learn more about L.E.K., the Associate and Consultant roles, and L.E.K.’s diversity initiatives/the Vets with Impact affinity group. Immediately following the presentation, there will be time to speak with representatives from our firm, which will be a great opportunity to learn more.

Vets with Impact seeks to attract, recruit, develop and retain individuals who identify veterans or active military. We aim to create a welcoming and supportive community through formal and informal activities across the L.E.K. offices to foster awareness, career development, community engagement, and personal interests and goals. Vets With Impact is a veterans community that supports the transition into consulting, builds comradery among staff with prior military service, champions staff still serving, and transfers leadership/management expertise to the broader firm.  Through networking events and on campus, Vets With Impact supports the firm in order to attract the best veteran business talent and develop them into premier strategy consultants and leaders at L.E.K.
