In this Leadership Coach session, we’ll discuss the importance of career wellbeing and what you can do to impact your own and others positively. From a leader’s perspective, we will explore how you can directly influence your team’s wellbeing to improve engagement and productivity. In addition, we will cover what you can do to take control of your own wellbeing and increase career satisfaction. As with all Leadership Coach sessions, we will get things started with a 10-minute content overview before inviting attendees to share insights and challenges with each other in a group setting.us for this 30-minute session to learn to better focus on putting what is important front and center.

About Our Speaker
Alexia Brewster is passionate about helping professionals create positive change in their team and organizational culture. She has experience working with underrepresented and first-generation students at Pennsylvania State University – Abington and College Possible, a community-based organization in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, Alexia works as a program manager at Forté on the professional programs team. Her mission as an advocate for change is to provide support and resources to individuals to help them thrive in their education or work environment. She received her MBA from Pennsylvania State University and has a Graduate Certificate of Leading in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from there as well.
