Allyship starts with a mindset of “active empathy.” Most people understand what empathy is — the ability to understand others’ feelings — but allies go beyond understanding. Allies act.

Do you know what good ally actions look like? Join us for this interactive information session to find out.  You will also learn about Forté’s Inclusive Leadership: Allies for Gender Equity program, a 5-part learning journey designed to give business leaders and working professionals the knowledge and tools to take effective action on gender equity.
