Women Lead Webinar Series
Exclusively for Premium Access Pass members
Many women consider taking career breaks for various reasons, most surrounding family needs and personal issues that are hitting a tipping point.
This panel of experts will discuss the pros and cons of the various options that you may be considering including: moving to a part-time schedule, taking an extended leave, considering a flexible arrangement, or leaving the workforce completely.
While these decisions are never taken lightly, there may be options that you are not considering or resources that can support you in making these decisions. There are also resources that can help you re-enter the workforce or ratchet back up to full power.
If you are considering one of these options or are managing individuals who may be in this critical decision process, this webinar will provide:
- An overview of the options for addressing a challenging work/life situation
- Strategies for navigating the decision making process – including the questions you should be asking yourself, your partner, your managers, and your mentors before making this decision
- Ways to “stay” and “thrive” through these tipping points
- The best ways to stay engaged and re-engage if you do take a career break
The webinar will be facilitated by Michelle Friedman, founder of the consulting and coaching firm Advancing Women’s Careers. Michelle works with organizations and individuals on key topics affecting women’s career paths.
Panelists include:
