Dee Robinson, Founder and CEO at GT Spirits Company Good Trouble Bourbon

Dee M. Robinson is a distinguished growth strategist, entrepreneurial innovator, advocate for DEIJ, social impact leader, bestselling author, and venture capitalist. With a profound belief in leading with passion and leaving a positive impact on people and places, Dee utilizes courage to influence people and outcomes in meaningful ways.

Dee is the founder and CEO of Robinson Hill, Inc., a concessions management firm specializing in food and beverage/retail. She is also the founder and CEO of GT Spirits, the company behind the award-winning Good Trouble Kentucky Straight Bourbon, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to creating value.

In her role as a keynote speaker, Dee empowers women and people of color, encouraging them to make “good trouble” and challenge societal norms. She is a prolific author with three books to her name: “Stirring Up Good Trouble,” “Snap It! Leading Forward, Living Bravely,” and the bestselling “Courage By Design: 10 Commandments +1 for Moving Past Fear to Joy, Fulfillment, and Purpose.” These works reflect her commitment to leadership, bravery, and creating positive change.

Dee’s influence extends to various boards and advisory roles. She serves as a board director for Accel Entertainment, Athena Consumer Acquisition Corp. SPAC, and Wintrust Bank. As co-chairperson of PGA WORKS and trustee of PGA REACH, Dee contributes to the advancement of golf and its community outreach efforts. Her role as a Senior Advisor to Golf Nation further solidifies her involvement in the sport.

Dee is also an active member of the Committee of 200 (C200), serves on the advisory boards of Revieve and AllCampus, and is part of EXIM Bank’s Council of Advancing Women in Business.

Rosalinsa MendozaRosalinda Mendoza, CEO and Co-Founder at Mocel Mezcal

Rosalinda Mendoza is CEO and Co-Founder of Mocel Mezcal Artesanal, which crafts small-batch mezcal (e.g. 449 bottles) from Michoacan, Mexico. Born and raised in rural Washington State and daughter of farmworker immigrants, Rosalinda and her sister have built an award-winning mezcal brand and have been featured in Forbes and VinePair.

Prior to Mocel, Rosalinda was a Sr. Client Executive, where she led a global team that delivered multi-million-dollar projects to IBM clients. While at IBM, Rosalinda was inducted into the IBM Hundred Percent Club for leading exceptional sales growth in her territory. Before that, Rosalinda held roles in management and marketing for various organizations, including Starbucks and the Washington State Farmworker Housing Trust, a non-profit working to improve housing conditions for families in rural Washington. Rosalinda has an MBA from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Economics from Whitman College. Rosalinda and her boot-wearing, bull-riding husband enjoy hanging out with family and dancing at rodeos.

Daniel Ingram is Global Director, Customer Experience at AB InBev, where he focuses on digitally transforming small and medium-sized retailers around the world with innovative tools, data, and insights they need to make their business thrive. Prior to working at AB InBev, Daniel received his MBA from the Wharton School, where he helped found and lead the Wharton 22s, a male allyship organization within Wharton Women in Business (WWIB). The goal of Wharton 22s is to eliminate gender disparity by increasing awareness, fostering dialogue, and encouraging positive actions amongst all students. Daniel lives in New York City with his wife, Amanda and their two sons, Owen and Ethan.
