Join Us for a Special Roundtable Discussion as We Explore Leadership From Within
When we talk to companies about what they’re looking for in executive leadership roles, we consistently hear that candidates need much more than strong technical skills. At this level, they’re looking for the ability to communicate a vision, develop and leverage relationships, and demonstrate executive presence. The skills that are so important for an executive career are often under prioritized by managers and women are less likely to have access to mentors and sponsors who can help them develop those skills and gain visibility.
We created the Rise Leadership Program to help women develop into executive leaders. In this three-month immersive program, we follow a 3-part framework to help you use your unique strengths to identify your ideal career path.
If you are intrigued, have 8-15 years professional experience, and ready to learn more, join us for a Rise information session on Tuesday, January 10 from 12-1 pm ET. Rise faculty member Shamis Pitts, Founder & Owner of Pitts Leadership Consulting, will introduce you to the idea of Leadership Starts from Within, allowing you to get a taste of all that Rise can offer before we tell you even more about what the program offers. Bring your enthusiasm and questions.
Note: This information session will not be recorded as we want people to have the full Rise experience.
