Event Details

You’re invited to join Duke Fuqua’s 17th Annual Sustainable Business & Social Impact Conference (SBSI) on February 9th! SBSI is the largest event of its kind in the Southeast and is the largest student-led conference at Fuqua. The event explores rapidly evolving opportunities in the fields of sustainability and social impact and educates on business’s role in shaping this landscape. Every year, SBSI brings together attendees to hear prominent thought leaders in the public, private, and social sectors discuss innovative business models, partnerships and ideas that are driving lasting impact around the world.

This year, we have an incredible line up of speakers including Nicole Lindsay (COO, Sustainability & Center for Inclusive Growth, Mastercard), Halla Tomasdottir (CEO, The B Team), Mette Morsing (Head of PRME, UN Global Compact) as our keynotes, a featured discussion on “Can CPG Achieve Sustainability?” and panels on Tech for Good, More than Capital, Managing the Future of Work and Clean Energy & What It Means for Business. Speakers will be joining us virtually and Non-Duke students get a steep discount on tickets – we’d love to see you there!
