Can you define who you are as a professional in one sentence? How about the impact you want to have through the work you do? Something that seems so simple, can actually be a challenge for many to articulate succinctly. Being able to create, share, and live out your personal brand is crucial in ensuring that you are setting yourself up for success whether you are starting out in your career, looking to pivot, or trying to move up to the next level.
During this webinar, Taryn Hersch will talk through why we all need to be intentional with our personal brand.

Taryn Hersch
Career Coach – Graduate Career Services; Auburn University, Harbert School of Business
Taryn is the Career Coach on the Graduate Career Services team at the Auburn University Harbert College of Business. She has been at Auburn University in this role for almost two years. She is passionate about collaborating with current students and alumni throughout their career journey to help them gain personal insights and the knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve their career goals.
Taryn came to Auburn University after completing her Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development at St. Cloud State University (SCSU). While pursuing her master’s degree, Taryn further solidified her passion for the field of career services by working on the Employer Relations team at SCSU as an Employment Services and Outreach Graduate Assistant and by working at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, College of Liberal Arts Career Services office as a Career Counselor Graduate Intern.
