UNC’s Carolina Women in Business (CWIB) Conference, now in its 13th year, provides workshops, distinguished keynote speakers, and panel discussions to several hundred conference attendees, including UNC students, faculty, staff and alumni, prospective MBA students, and members of the general public.

This year’s CWIB Conference, “Breaking Barriers”, is centered around how women have achieved career success in the face of adversity across distinct industries. While the number of women holding corporate officer positions and board seats at Fortune 500 companies has increased over recent years, women still remain significantly underrepresented in corporate leadership.

One of the most successful events at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, the CWIB Conference serves as a powerful forum from which to learn from, share with, and inspire one another.
