In a VUCA world—one characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity—traditional leadership skills are not enough. Today’s complex business and work environment is marked by shifting trends. Change is happening at rapid speed. Teams and their leaders must continually reinvent products and services.
This webinar will help participants better understand the people factor and other critical enablers for innovation, and how they can encourage and harness the innovation potential within their organization. Using examples from her role as adjunct professor of management and her 25 years of experience as a global industry executive, Sylvia Vogt will provide participants with immediately applicable tools and tips for success.
