Barbara is an award-winning relationship and results-driven executive who has extensive corporate, entrepreneurial, higher education, healthcare, retail, high technology, government, and leadership experience as a consultant and business leader in multinational corporations throughout the United States, Latin America and Europe. She earned a highly respected reputation as an executive coach and organization development consultant with an exemplary reputation as a business executive in achieving revenue and profit goals. Barbara’s experience in executive coaching, organization development and strategic planning development and implementation spans decades across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Kenan Flagler, she served as an Executive Coach and Senior Organization Development Consultant, and university associate adjunct professor in the MBA/MPA programs at Harvard University. Additionally, she previously served in Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick’s administration as Assistant Secretary of Human Resources (Secretariat CHRO), where she was responsible for leading and managing six agency human resource directors and the Executive Office HR staff.
