The Goldman Sachs Firmwide LGBT Network is pleased to invite you to attend a Talks at GS with Esera Tuaolo.

After a successful 10 years playing for various teams in the NFL, Esera Tuaolo came out as gay. He is the author of Alone in the Trenches: My Life as a Gay Man in the NFL, in which he describes how his experiences with poverty, sexuality, and football shaped him. After retiring from football, he launched Hate Is Wrong, an organization aimed at fighting bullying among youth and fostering diversity in sports. Tuaolo is an advocate for diversifying the perceptions of LGBT people in sports and changing NFL culture. In 2013, The National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance honored him with a Community Catalyst Award.

Lindsay Drucker Mann, head of Consumer Retail Equity Capital Markets within the Investment Banking Division, will moderate the discussion.  The discussion will be followed by a networking reception with Goldman Sachs professionals from across the firm.
