Our Panelists

As the Manager of Supply Chain Management in Amazon’s Grocery organization, Chinmoi Nathan leads with distinction. Her role encompasses the management of a dynamic team dedicated to cost optimization, quality improvement, strategic expansion, and overseeing the daily operations in the grocery delivery sector. Chinmoi began her Amazon journey in 2020 via the Pathways Leadership Development MBA program, initially serving as an Operations Manager within Amazon’s fulfillment sector. Before her MBA at Columbia Business School, with a focus on Strategy and Operations, she gained valuable experience in sales and trading at Morgan Stanley and Nomura. Chinmoi’s expertise blends strategic insight with operational efficiency.

 

Jessica Place, serving as the Senior Manager for Operations Strategy Program Management at Carrier, is part of the Fire and Security Operations team. Her role is defined by her results-oriented approach, and she boasts an extensive background in people development, program management, and data analytics across various global settings. In her current role at Carrier, she leads a worldwide team that focuses on optimizing the operational footprint for Fire & Security. Jessica’s professional journey before joining Carrier in April 2022 included significant roles in Supply Chain analytics, Program Management, Quality, and Operational Excellence. She is an alumna of Purdue University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and has an MBA from Duke University.

 

Renee Williams, a Manager in the Supply Chain and Operations practice at EY, plays a crucial role in assisting clients to transform their supply chain functions and performances across various industries. She began her career in mechanical engineering and program management within the Oil & Gas sector. Renee brings over eight years of experience in supply chain consulting, engineering, and project management. Her expertise lies in procurement, strategy, analytics, risk, and change management. Renee holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Arizona State University and certifications in Project and Change Management. She is passionate about technology, data, and analytics in optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing waste, and is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
