Her new book Great on the Job, What to Say, How to Say It, The Secrets of Getting Ahead has been described as a veritable master class in workplace success.

Jodi lives in Chicago with her husband and three children. She is a member of the Northwestern University Council of 100 and is a former trustee of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Urban Education Exchange, a Harlem based non-profit aimed at eliminating the achievement gap in reading.
