Has prioritizing yourself shifted or the self-care habits that you established during 2020 disappeared completely as the world has begun to open back up?  It can be difficult  however self-care is even more paramount than ever to be an effective leader.

Join us on November 18th and 19th for Liberty Mutual’s 2021 MBA Women’s Leadership Invitational and take some time to reinvest back into yourself, reconnect with those crucial self-practices, and recommit to putting yourself first.  This Invitational will provide various opportunities to empower you and “refill your cup” so that you become the leader you were meant to be.

Liberty Mutual is proud to be recognized as a 2021 Best Place to Work for Women by Forbes and is committed to advancing the opportunities for women in the workplace. The MBA Women’s Leadership Invitational is a two, half-day virtual externship experience designed to provide 1st year MBA women from diverse backgrounds and programs with the tools to be effective leaders while still prioritizing self-care.

Those invited will participate in programming ranging 3-4 hours each day centered around learning tactical self-care advice and creating a new nationwide MBA women network.

Additionally, participants will have access to Liberty leaders and recruitment professionals and have the opportunity to explore MBA summer internship opportunities at Liberty Mutual.  All invited participants will receive a meeting link with information on how to access the event, pre-work, and an agenda leading up to the event.

What you’ve got

  • You identity as female or non-binary and are in your first year of an MBA program
  • You have a minimum of three years professional, progressive work experience
  • You currently hold permanent US work authorization
