IE University passionately believes in the power of women through education and supporting next-generation leaders. That’s why we launched the IE International Empowerment Challenge: a unique opportunity for women to showcase their skill set, share their knowledge and harness their leadership skills.

The IE Women Empowerment Challenge consists of a series of questions posed to our competitors based on five areas of knowledge: Sustainability, Architecture & Design; Talent, Wellbeing & Humanities; Technology & Innovation; Marketing & Communication; and Global Public Affairs, Law & Economics. Over the course of three weeks, you will submit your answers in video or written format where you’ll demonstrate your expertise and idiosyncratic take on one of these knowledge areas–the choice is yours.

At the end of the three weeks, 10 finalists will be selected to present their answers to a jury of IE University faculty during a live presentation.
