Join us for a panel discussion with MBA women and members of our Alumni Leadership Council on how they have successfully cultivated strong mentorship and sponsorship relationships. We will touch on everything from the initial outreach to a potential mentor, to building lasting and fulfilling connections that enhance your career.

Panelists

Rachel Bush

Rachel Bush is a Finance Director with Johnson & Johnson in the MedTech sector currently responsible for Central & Eastern Europe which spans 20 countries. She has dedicated her career to the healthcare sector – prior to her time with J&J, she worked for DaVita Healthcare Partners in the dialysis industry and SIRUM, a non-profit healthcare organization redistributing unused medication to free clinics. Rachel is passionate about mentorship, especially supporting women in business and STEM careers. She also currently serves on the Forte Alumni Leadership Council.

Rachel holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA from INSEAD, and is CMA qualified. Rachel grew up in sunny San Diego, California, however has worked/lived in 8 different countries all over the world. She currently resides in Prague, Czech Republic with her husband and enjoys traveling and staying active in sports in her free time.

Jenny Le

Jenny Le is a Vice President at Nuveen (a TIAA company) leading strategic planning and business management activities. She previously was on the Corporate Strategy team at TIAA and a management consultant at Kearney. She holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She has one daughter and loves mentoring college students and young professionals.

Vonetta Young

Vonetta is an investment readiness and fund formation advisor who supports emerging private equity fund managers in building an institutional-grade firm so they can fundraise with ease. She previously worked at Abbott Capital Management, the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) Program at the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Cambridge Associates. She holds a BA in English and an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University and serves as chair of the Forté Foundation’s Alumni Leadership Council.

Danielle Jenks

Danielle is a Senior Product Manager at Google. She works to help teams collaborate to track, organize, and drive progress on structured data with Google Sheets. Danielle has also worked on the Google Ads recommendation engine, enabling advertisers to identify, prioritize, and apply optimization opportunities.
Before Google, Danielle was a tech strategy consultant and received her MBA from Columbia Business School. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and playing with her Yorkie named Eggplant.
