Underrepresented individuals in organizations often struggle with this tension. Professor Tony Mayo, co-editor of Race, Work, and Leadership: New Perspectives on the Black Experience, will share some insights about authenticity as well as the key enablers and obstacles for career success with a specific focus on people of color.
