Next Gen Women Lead Speaker Series

Forté’s Next Gen Women Lead Speaker Series is a series of webinars for women currently enrolled in MBA programs.

These motivational sessions are designed to inspire while delivering key messages and strategies to implement at this important stage in a woman’s career. As the next generation of women business leaders, you have the power to define your future.

Negotiation is an essential part of creating value for every organization. For women to ascend and breakthrough to the top, they must be successful at negotiating. Yet, research shows that women often do not ask, they do not ask for enough, and they are not persistent in their requests. In this session, we will discuss some of the key strategies and tips women can use in their business negotiations.

In this workshop, attendees will learn:

  • Why women should negotiate more and how they can become more effective when they do.
  • Internal and external barriers many women face in negotiation as well as the important strengths that women bring to the table.
  • Critical information and skills that empower women to become more confident, persuasive and successful in their negotiations.
