Women Lead Webinar Series

“Everything starts with the individual because all meaningful change comes from the inside-out. Systemic organizational change can’t happen without changes in individual behavior.” — Stephen R. Covey

There are three constants in life: change, choice, and principles of effectiveness that can deepen your capacity to adapt to and thrive during change. Whether a leader of change in your organization or an individual faced with change, change capacity can be developed. In this webinar, Jennifer Colosimo, Area Vice President at FranklinCovey, will share key practices to drive your personal effectiveness in the face of change.

You’ll learn:

  • Three levers for inside-out change
  • The most effective mindset in the face of change
