About Our Speaker

This Leadership Coach session is led by Diana Saiz, a Development Manager for Academic Partners at Forté. Prior to joining Forté, Diana was an Associate Director of Undergraduate Career Services at the University of Florida’s Business Career Services. Prior to beginning a new chapter in higher education, she spent fifteen years in the luxury hospitality industry between Miami and New York City, specializing in human resources, leadership development, and employee engagement. She has facilitated small intimate workshops and presented at large seminars prior to a new property’s grand opening. In higher education, she taught a career course for incoming students at the business school. Diana is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (from ATD) and received an MS in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and BS in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from the University of Florida.
