Looking to create a culture where teams can effectively communicate when it matters most and each person can thrive? In order to advance justice in our lives and organizations, we must be able to have difficult conversations about issues negatively impacting our society. This workshop dives into what makes conversations about DEI so challenging, provides tools for navigating hard conversations, and invites participants to practice.
