We hope you will join us for this sneak peek at our new FranklinCovey Presents series, which is part of our new Premium Membership- coming soon! You asked for it, and we are happy to deliver new leadership development resources. We’ve partnered with FranklinCovey, the world’s most trusted leadership company, to bring you FranklinCovey workshops and the exclusive FranklinCovey Access Pass, which includes 360° assessments, a weekly professional development newsletter, and all of FranklinCovey online course offerings as part of your annual Forté Premium Membership. We’ll have more details about this new opportunity in a few weeks, but for now, join us on May 15th for our first FranklinCovey Presents session.
This session is designed to explore “imposter syndrome,” a powerful paradigm in which we feel like frauds despite concrete evidence of our accomplishments and success. In this session, we’ll explore imposter syndrome’s origins and its negative impact on one’s sense of self confidence and mental health. Acknowledging that so many of us experience imposter syndrome at times, we will use compelling concepts from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to affirm a more authentic and confident self. The session is experiential. Participants will be invited to explore the impact of this syndrome and make a commitment to move beyond it.
