About The Presenter
Alexia Brewster is passionate about helping professionals create positive change in their team and organizational culture. She has experience working with underrepresented and first-generation students at Pennsylvania State University – Abington and College Possible, a community-based organization in Philadelphia, PA. Currently, Alexia works as a program manager at Forté on the professional programs team. Her mission as an advocate for change is to provide support and resources to individuals to help them thrive in their education or work environment. She received her MBA from Pennsylvania State University and has a Graduate Certificate of Leading in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion from there as well.
