Forté seeks to amplify the voices and experiences of all women. Each year, we hold Forté Diversity Day to empower those who have historically been underrepresented in business to move forward in their careers and grow as leaders.

The event focuses on the lived experiences of women business leaders who have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers who identify as African American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American will be featured.

Join us at this free symposium to network with motivated peers, connect with mission-aligned organizations, and explore how the MBA can help you rise up in the business world.

Early career professionals who have specific elements of their identity that have been underrepresented in business are invited to attend.

This symposium highlights the lived experiences of women business leaders who hold aspects of their identities that have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers and facilitators who identify as African American/Black, Latina/x, and Native American will be featured in the programming.

Undergraduate students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to engage in the leadership development programming and training at this event.
