Women Lead Webinar Series

Exclusively for Premium Access Pass members

Creativity and innovation are critical in today’s rapidly changing knowledge economy. The ability to be creative, flexible and intuitive is key to the success of any business. Yet, there are few tools to develop the capacity to be creative in the moment. That’s where improvisational thinking can help!

This webinar is designed to bridge your left brain (analytical side) with your right brain (intuitive side) to tap into your “in the moment” leadership and communication abilities. Join us to learn how to foster creative expression through improvisational theories and practice. You’ll learn how improv skills apply directly to your business and you’ll discover new ways to lead, listen and collaborate.

This highly interactive webinar is designed to help you:

  • Embrace innovation and reduce fear of taking risks
  • Accept other people’s ideas and build strategies
  • Communicate clearly and make good offers
  • Engage in active listening
  • Collaborate effectively in a group

The webinar is presented by:

Allison Gilmore

Allison Gilmore is the Director of the PhD Program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. In her spare time, she is a sought-after instructor, trainer, and keynote speaker in the field of spontaneous and intuitive leadership. She’s taught a variety of people, in a variety of industries, the use of improvisation to become better communicators, team members and leaders. Building upon her 20+ years’ experience in improvisational comedy, Allison bridges the tools of improvisation with business management skills to teach people the principles of leadership through intuitive and spontaneous thinking.
