Karen’s passion lies in developing leaders and considers it a privilege to be a catalyst in their growth. Her background in human resources at Gap Inc, Gensler Architecture, and Wells Fargo has helped shape her philosophy of experiential learning. Her work has taken her to Japan, Dubai, India, Malaysia, London, and Brussels to name a few. She’s also lived and worked in Germany and Switzerland. Karen has a BA in Psychology from Lafayette College and puts it to good use every day.
