Women Lead Webinar Series

This webinar is free to all Forté members in celebration of International Women’s Day!

To achieve gender equity, we need everyone — including male allies — to challenge and call out gender bias and inequity. The theme of International Women’s Day 2021 is #ChooseToChallenge, and we hope you’ll challenge the men in your life to join us for this free webinar.

Forté will lead a live panel discussion on how men can choose to call out gender bias, celebrate women’s achievements, and take action to create a more inclusive world. Forté launched Men as Allies in 2016 to involve more men in the gender equity movement. We help men recognize the biases that women face, so they can stand up for gender equity in their professional and academic environments, as well as in their personal lives.

Hear from male allies who are challenging the status quo and improving gender equity within their respective institutions. They will share what they’ve learned about allyship, the obstacles they’ve encountered along the way, and practical advice for making a positive impact

The webinar is presented by:

Julie Kratz, Founder, Next Pivot Point

Marques Benton, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Loomis

Jason Golub, VP, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Walker Dunlop

Stuart Riley, Global Head of Institutional Client Group (ICG) Technology and Operations at Citi

Ryan Jenson, VP, Deputy Controller at Kaiser Permanente
