At Ross we believe that a broad-based, diverse community is essential to the character of our school, to the education and leadership development of our students, and to the contribution we make to business and society through our graduates. The WILC conference is an integral part of our continuing efforts to enroll a diverse student body. The weekend includes programming developed by students from Michigan Business Women.
