TriggersDr. Marshall Goldsmith is the world’s authority in helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting behavior.  In this fast-paced, interactive webinar, he will share his insights on why we don’t become the person we want to be – why change is so difficult for all of us.  He will illustrate how triggers from our environment can derail us in our journey through life.

Marshall will then share his insights on employee engagement and illustrate how the most important factor in the engagement equation – the employee – has been neglected in most research.  He will share a new model, “The Wheel of Change,” that be used for life planning, team building or even organizational analysis.  Finally, participants will learn how daily questions – and especially active questions – can be used to both increase effectiveness and build engagement.

Marshall has been recognized for the past four years as one of the Top Ten Business Thinkers in the World and the top-rated executive coach at the Thinkers50 ceremony in London. His book Triggers is already a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller.
