Join Us for a Special Roundtable Discussion

Today, women leaders face unique challenges in the workplace and there are various elements that further impact those demands. In addition, a year and a half into the COVID-19 pandemic, women in corporate America are even more burned out than they were last year, and increasingly more so than men. Despite this, women leaders are stepping up to support employee well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, but that work is not getting recognized.

This roundtable discussion, led by Executive Leadership Coach Ghita Filali, brings together women post-MBA to connect and discuss their experiences collectively, highlight the unique strengths that women bring to the table, the most common challenges which women face in advancement, and ways to address them and transform these challenges into opportunities.

Participants will walk away with key insights, level up their strategic thinking, foster creative ideas to find ways to move forward at the workplace, all while building their network of like-minded professional women. We’ll also introduce our new pilot program, Forté Rise, a 14-week professional development program for women 3-10 years post-MBA, and ways it can support them to bridge the gap.

Note: space is limited for this session, and it is open to women who have earned an MBA and are 1-10 years post-MBA professionally.
