On Friday, October 25th M&T will be inviting high caliber female MBAs to our Buffalo, NY headquarters to learn more about various roles within M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust, our transformation, and our diversity initiatives. Candidates will also have the opportunity to interview for our Executive Associate Leadership Development Program.

The Trek will include conversations with senior leaders regarding their careers and their departments, overview of current bank initiatives and how they relate to the class of 2020, Q&A with current / former Executive Associates, networking with our internal Women’s Resource Group, and interviews for 2020 Executive Associate (full-time and internship) positions.

All travel expenses for attendees will be arranged and paid for by M&T Bank!

Minimum qualifications for the Executive Associate program include 2 or more years of work experience, record of academic excellence, demonstrated leadership potential, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future sponsorship.
