A lot of unspoken rules guide our behaviors In the workplace. Maybe you’ve been told…

  • “Stop being so emotional!”
  • “Crying is a sign that you’re weak.”
  • “Never let them see you sweat.”

Some people would argue that “being emotional” is a weakness at work. Many of us have also been subtly (or not subtly) told to hide or suppress our strongest emotions – especially anger around our colleagues and clients.

But what if your well-expressed anger can help you to transform hidden and festering problems and create a positive impact in your work while also uplifting the people around you?

Executive coach Dr. Bernstein aims to help shift how you view and experience anger. You’ll discover how to engage with your own anger and the anger of others.

The leaders Dr. Bernstein supports know this: When you harness the positive power of your emotions, you build unstoppable confidence. In this workshop, Dr. Bernstein will help you to learn to identify and express anger in a way that’s healthy and productive — for you and your colleagues.
