We are excited to present a day of dynamic and special programming that will be kicked off by our keynote speaker, Alicia Petross, Chief Diversity Officer at The Hershey Company. Under her leadership, Petross has helped catapult Hershey’s DEI success in 2022; ranking as No. 6 on Diversity Inc.’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity and No. 1 on Forbes World’s Most Female Friendly Companies. Petross was named on Diversity Woman Media’s inaugural Elite100 Black Women leaders list. We look forward to her presentation on “How an Emerging Workforce is Transforming Hershey.”

We are also pleased to offer an MBA mock class with Debora Thompson, Professor of Marketing, and a Fireside Chat with ‘Iolani Bullock (MBA’18), Vice President, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at The Carlyle Group.
