The Tuck Women in Business Conference, known as WIB Conference or WIBC,  is a student-run event that brings together prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, and staff for two days of workshops, panel discussions, social events, and more.

Please join us for the 18th annual Tuck Women in Business Conference, October 21-23, 2022, and learn what makes Tuck stand out among top MBA programs, immerse yourself in our distinctive community, meet other accomplished women, and take part in opportunities for business school preparation and career networking.

This year’s conference theme, “Courageous Leadership,” is inspired by leaders who have the strength to take risks and conquer challenges while empowering others. We will explore who we are, how we authentically lead with courage and conviction, and how we can empower future women leaders.

This year’s conference will be held on campus in Hanover, NH. We encourage applicants with a strong interest in Tuck and the conference to apply as soon as possible. The deadline to apply to the conference is September 16, 2022.
